I've been a regular customer for the last 5-6 years, and in the location I go the most, the staff, old and new employees are incredibly nice, helpful and very friendly, and I noticed that once they know regular customers, like me, they know their names and always welcome everyone with a smile, and also, customers that don't go often, are still welcomed with a smile!👏👏👏
