Very respectful. Wife bought the bag first then we returned later for the matching wallet. 5star service. Ask for Chantel or Megann!

(March 12, 2019, 12:59 am)I recently went to the Gucci in Sunrise customer service was ok a lot of them standing around and one guy being overwhelmed with the amount of customers I think it was not fair to him but he was really nice I interacted with 3 sales associates they were each nice and customer service oriented prices were good. Will definitely return.

(October 1, 2018, 5:17 pm)I went to the Gucci Store and I must admit that the Sales Associate that I interacted with was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very caring. Courtney Fields is his name. He has a great sense of fashion and he knows everything there is to know about the brand. He made my shopping experience fantastic! I highly recommend him. Last but not least I would like to thank Gayon King ( Runner) for the kindness, and patience he showed us. Love, Love, Love, this store. This was my first time visiting this store, and I met two wonderful people.

(September 5, 2018, 7:29 am)We (wife and I) were greeted by the staff as soon as we entered the store. At first we wanted to get a feel of the store so we just walked around not looking for anything in particular but feeling out shopper's and staff. Every staff member we passed greeted us with a smile and offered their services. The prices are great. We will be shopping here again.
