(September 20, 2022, 7:25 am)I bought my vehicle here. I had to pay $5000 over Msrp. The process was smooth. Finance sold me a warranty and service plan for a gas vehicle. I bought an electric vehicle. I had to cancel the plan after going over the details and calling Ford directly. Took vehicle in for recall service and warranty service a few times. Service advisors are hit and miss. Rick is good. The technician / mechanics seems to have a problem putting things back. Like screws in mud flaps, foam inserts and vehicle trims.
