(February 23, 2019, 8:35 am)Had a weird starting issue and I took my Jeep straight to Bryan at Arrigo. I was hours away from departing on a road trip with my kids to Orlando. He checked me in quickly and got the paperwork for a rental so I wouldn’t have any more delays.
Bryan kept me up to date as his techs worked on the issue. My Jeep was ready first thing in the morning after I returned from my trip. The cashiers and rental crew were fast and efficient and my Jeep was out front and ready to go before I thanked Bryan for the great service.
This is exactly how a dealers service center should be ran. Thanks again Bryan!
Update: 2 more service visits and the work was done on time and I’m very happy with the rates. In between those visits I had a check engine light come on and Bryan told be over the phone to check the gas cap. Sure enough, that was the problem. Saved me a trip in! -

This crew (Joe and Lazaro especially) went through great lengths to place me in my dream Jeep at an incredible price point. I’d highly recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. I honestly love the text message service, makes it so much easier to stay in touch with the advisors! Also I must speak about Andres at Enterprise car rental located inside the dealer (unfortunately my car was in the shop for 2 days and needed a rental), but Andres amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Arrigo for the wonderful experience, keep up the good work!

Ronnie greeted me as soon as I got out of my old car had the new car pulled up ready for me to test drive. Ronnie also got me the best price and Lazaro was able to get me financing within my budget. “Mark after dark” gave me a run down of my new car and sent me on my way. Ronnie was awesome and a true asset to the sales staff. I couldn’t be happier!
