  I have been with State Farm for 30+ years for home & auto. Since the Melba Ballard office assumed my policies many years ago, I have found Julieann to be the best. She is helpful, knowledgeable about my policies, personable & a true professional. One rarely finds a person that you can contact year after year when questions arise or there are increases in premiums that can offer suggestions or ways to reduce costs if they make sense for the individual. Julieann is the “gold” standard.
