She is a knowledgeable and experienced teacher, which means you are never bored and she can cater a class to any special need that one may have. All levels can benefit and learn from her, and there never more than 4 in a class. You get stronger and also have fun while doing it :-)

I’ve tried multiple other Pilates and personal training methods and I came across Pilates4Everybody Weston. Stacy Hood has not only helped with my specific needs, she has gone above and beyond for me so that I feel my best in order to perform to the best of my ability. I recommend Pilates4Everybody Weston to anyone 100%! This Pilates studio is absolutely amazing and the teacher is very knowledgeable in what she does.

She is extremely knowledgeable and works with each student, individually to make sure you progress, at your pace, but make no mistake she challenges YOU and encourages you to get stronger, leaner...and become the best version of you. Not only have I seen changes in myself, but I see changes with my other Pilate-mates- Weight loss, denfinition, and mental strength. I love going to Pilates for Everybody. This place truly offers the best of health and life. You NEED to try her class.
