(January 8, 2020, 2:50 pm)I started taking Pure Barre classes a little over a year ago and was immediately hooked! As someone who doesn't enjoy running, this is a great, low impact alternative for a full body workout - and it is definitely a workout! I've become stronger and more flexible since starting Pure Barre. The Weston location has friendly staff and wonderful instructors who push you to challenge yourself. Would highly recommend!
