“After using the service department at two different Ford dealerships and receiving what I would have to call terrible service I gave Plantation Ford a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised. Jose Basanta-Perez promised to have our company shuttle ready in no more than 24 hours. I was dropping it off for recall work. I was asked if I had someone to pick me up and I told them I would take an Uber back to my office. They called and paid for the Uber. The work was completed in less than 6 hours. The last time I took the shuttle to one of their competitors they had it in their shop for two months. From now on Plantation and Jose will be my go to place for Ford service.”
