They follow up on their patients and give you multiple reminders to ensure you don't miss appointment. Everyone at the office is very friendly. It's a solo practice so there's a waiting time but the care they provide outweighs this. Now they're offering virtual consultation as well after hours to accommodate patients during this time. The doctor forward the call to his personal phone so after hours he picks up the phone himself or you can leave a message and expect a callback for any concerns. Would recommend.”
