My mom has been in memory care at Greenwood for almost 6 years. I will not lie. I have thought about moving her multiple times over the years. Under the new management things have improved exponentially. Memory Care no longer seems like the red-headed stepchild at the dinner table. Shylonda is wonderful and loves the residents. She wants them to feel like they are home. I can't say enough good things about the staff she has hired. I only give Greenwood a four star rating because there are still some improvements that can be made aesthetically and in housekeeping. I want to add, I don't go every once in awhile. I go at least 3 to 4 times a week and observe everything.”

I trusted my barber to cut and style as he sought fit and he knew what he was doing... I've gotten lots of compliments already and I like it myself as well. He kept my look modern and contemporary and still matched my style with my facial type. The cut and beard trim plus shave was $50 was worth it. I also found some beard balm and loved the product. “Dr. Velasquez took care of my mother while she was visiting Florida and had a life-threatening cardiac emergency 3/2021. Though my mother was connected with Dr. Velasquez because he happened to be on call, he took outstanding care of her. He is an expert in his field and treated my mother with compassion and confidence. He has excellent bedside manor and took time to clearly explain everything to her while advising her of all options and risks. Being a physician myself, feeling helpless being miles away, I can honestly say that I could not have taken better care of her myself. Knowing she was in his care put me at ease. He communicated with me multiple times and I agreed fully with every step in his management plan. I have never met him but know that we are very lucky he was available when my mother needed him. I cannot thank him enough and would recommend him without hesitation.”

They treated me with redirect, the entire crew was joyful, courteous, and so helpful. He even gave me the mechanics credentials, and even told why he was a master of Emissions issues. WOW. But money was not his primary objective, in all honesty, he was open abs upfront about all alternatives, with pricing.
