“Had an impromptu family gathering here in December 2019. Price was extremely fair and excellent bedding for everyone! Super large ceilings in a wide open space with our own personal balcony, that just happened to be facing the ocean about 150' from the penthouse - unobstructed. Looking to relax on the beach? Walk 50 feet. Looking to fish? The pier is about a block away. Looking to have a raging party with friends? Full Kitchen, Large Den/Living Room (with a 70"+ Cable TV), super close to multiple bars/restaurants and a bigass PRIVATE BALCONY. My family and I are discussing a week long rental later this year, just because of the atmosphere, peace and quiet, and amazing views. This rental was more than worth the memories and fun times shared with friends and family!”

“My first impression when I walked into one of the rooms on the second flood of the Elmar Boutique hotel was just WOW and WOW!!! The room is modern, spacious,, quiet, and spotless. The room offers partial ocean view from the east side, and A1A on the west side. The pool is clean, large and heated, and perfect after a beach day! Great restaurants and fun bars are just a few steps away. Perfect gateway place for couples or group of friends.”

“This was a great little hidden gem. The staff were friendly and even went above and beyond. I requested an early check in because of when our flight was getting in and they called me to see when we would be there to get our room ready. It was nice also they have a coin operated laundry room so you don't have to bring sandy clothes back home. The view was beautiful and steps away from the beach. If your not a beach person the pool was a nice added feature. You are also a walk away from Restaurants and bars so if the hustle and bustle of downtown Fort Lauderdale isn't for you there is a more laid back place to go. When we travel again we have found our new home away from home.”

“My wife and I stayed here while on vacation, and really loved our experience. I looked around at various options in Lauderdale by the Sea for a while, and ultimately decided on Blue Seas Courtyard after reading the glowing reviews. The property and staff completely lived up to everything I read, and I won't hesitate to stay here again when returning to Lauderdale by the Sea. I'm not entirely sure which type of room we rented, since we booked it through CC points that didn't list options, but I believe it was the efficiency studio. The room wasn't huge but it provided everything we needed and more, including a very usable kitchen, dresser, and TV. It was quite clean and decorated in the same hacienda style as the rest of the property. Very well done interior overall, and not just random generic hotel art. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available to guests, and even a hose that we used to rinse our scuba gear in a plastic tub that was also provided. We were really blown away by how thoughtfully set up everything was. Our favorite part overall though, was definitely the pool/courtyard area in the evening. The property itself is beautifully styled and well kept, with original art dotting the buildings as well as custom tile work. At night, it goes from great to "holy cow" when the lighting comes on and creates an absolutely beautiful ambiance. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and getting to meet the other guests in such a neat environment. There are fancier hotels/resorts in the area, but the Blue Seas Courtyard is really something special that manages to go way beyond what you would expect for it's size and nightly rate. It's very clearly a result of the owners and management really caring about their creation and the experience of the guests who visit. They've really done a wonderful job, and I look forward to staying here again someday.”

Lucas was able to break down the game for me in such an easy and understandable way that I immediately starting seeing results in my game. His tailored approach to teaching individualizes the lessons for your specific game whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned vet. He also provides videos of the lesson that I am able to watch back and refer to I really cant recommend Lucas’ instruction enough. It has really made me love the game of golf more than I had before. “Been here many times when I was deeply involved with a project called 1000 Mermaids. We had the artificial display reefs set up on the property to showcase the non profit project. Everyone working here was always so friendly and accommodating. If we needed something they would always make it happen. Also hung out at the pool a bit and even happened to come by on Thanksgiving and get a couple big plates of food from a little catered event they were having there. Seems like it would be a nice place to work and has a family vibe to it, plus the restaurant upstairs is great as well. And enjoy the giant yachts while you're at it, impressive to say the least.”

We have stayed in both unit options and they are equally as nice. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and accessories to make your stay feel like a true vacation. The location is ideal, steps away from the beach with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beautiful Deerfield Beach, fishing pier and walking trails are out the front door. The owners provide beach chairs and towels for your convenience. The property is immaculately maintained with outdoor tables with umbrellas and chairs to enjoy the seaside ambiance. Room came with many amenities such as a full size fridge, plates and silverware which definitely came in handy! The only thing missing was a full length mirror…..Pool was beautiful and clean. “We are loving our stay! MJ who checked us in and I believe is the manager is SO sweet. Our room is nice. Can tell the whole place is newly finished. We didn’t need a kitchen for our long weekend but the kitchen is great if you need one. Location is amazing. Less than a 5minute walk to the beach and multiple great restaurants. The parking being included is a huge plus. The rooftop pool is great. Refreshing and a view of the ocean. We nearly stayed at a chain hotel until I read recent reviews of it that all noted a broken elevator and the place needing serious updates. We are so glad we swapped to this gem, Vistalmar, last minute!”

“Perfect location to stay ! Less than 3 min walk to the beach and 5 minutes from general stores/restaurants . Renee was really nice and helpful, she made my fiancé and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. She even went to check our room and asked for cleaning corrections before we checked in to be sure everything was up to standards. My only complaint was our toilet kept running after you flush it . But other than that the bed was very comfortable, room clean . I would definitely stay here again!”
