“My wife and I always enjoy our visits. It’s a peaceful walk through nature in Tamarac. It’s not a long trail. It’s a paved trail. A ramp halfway through takes you on a decking that would make it easy for strollers and wheelchairs. There are a few benches for sitting along the trail. We always take our time and appreciate wild life around us. We always observe plenty of bird types, squirrels, butterflies, and etc. They have a few displays with what kind of wildlife is in the area. They state grey fox’s and owls are in the area.”

If you bring your kids to the playground please keep an eye on them because the people who hang around here are highly questionable.”

Butterfly World

Museum Park Store

“I came here to propose to my previously girlfriend now wife :). The first thing I really wanted to mention is that Jocelyn was incredibly nice and unknowingly made our experience even more special (she did not know that I had planned to propose). She was so kind and went the extra mile to make our experience nice and more enjoyable. As we were walking away we had talked about how nice she was and how we appreciated her. So much so that I spoke to her manager about it and also decided to write this review (quite frankly she is probably the main reason we are giving 5 stars). Jocelyn, if you end up reading this: That moment you had spoke about when you had sat in your car and thought about your life. I think you made the right decision and my wife and I are grateful for your kindness that day that we couldn't stop talking about you and how you had made us really happy. We truly want the best for you and all your future endeavors! Regarding Butterfly World Itself: The pricing is a little high in my opinion per ticket ($32.50 + tax per person). However since it's one of those things you want to experience at least once it's a little more acceptable. We expected the place to be a little bigger since it touts the title of being the largest butterfly park in the world but in the main screened off area there are certainly more butterflies than we've ever seen in one place. Don't go when it rains, apparently they fly around a lot less during that time. We were able to go during a good time and they were flying everywhere so it was a neat sight to see especially for my wife who LOVES butterflies.”

Very organized and wait time was approximately 5 min per car. There were 12 cars ahead of . While you wait you don’t notice the time because of the great scenery. There were 10 tents that take your information then you drive to quality control then to a larger tent were they insert a swab in your mouth. The results take 2-5 days . I really respected all the employees , very professional”

Rose G. Price Park

Address: 901 NW 208th Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029, USA

Park

“The pool is nice and I appreciate the presence of a lifeguard, but some of the rules are lame. No masks (think snorkel type masks) in the pool. Ummm, why? What harm can come from an extra 2” piece of plastic covering one’s nose? Goggles are fine, masks are the Devil. Also, no toys in the pool. Like none. You know that cute scuba Barbie your daughter has? Well she has to leave her Malibu Beach butt up on a chair because they don’t allow her kind to swim here. I understand not allowing blow up floats, but what harm can come from a child bringing a small toy into the pool? They treat this pool like a bathtub for senior citizens instead of a family friendly environment that we pay monthly to enjoy.”

Davie Veterans Park

Address: 5750 SW 39th St, Davie, FL 33314, USA

Park

“Small park That is in the middle of a neighborhood. Clean has a place for kids to play limited parking, but I see people parking on the grass next to the road. The fishing is hit or miss depending on what you are fishing for. Caught some bass the first day came back and not a bite at all. Overall a good place to burn a few hours. Plenty of ducks and birds to feed.”

Royal Palm Park

Address: 1701 NW 38th St, Oakland Park, FL 33309, USA

Park

“Another marvelous Park for a short walk; specially if you are just looking for a connection with the nature in a short period of time. Has great potencial and you might be blessedness and be able to see the variety of wild flowers and orchids along the trial. Hope you consider this as of healing for your soul, Cheers Iván Varela”
