“All County was quick to find a tenant for us and their fees are competitive (we pay a leasing fee each year as well as a 10% management fee). In the beginning we had some struggles with All County repeatedly changing the manager assigned to our unit, so I called and spoke with Anna the bookkeeper. She is not actually our account manager, but she has never hesitated to take care of everything we need quickly and professionally. She responds to emails the same day, always picks up the phone, and takes care of everything as if she is our account manager. Thanks to Anna and the speed with which the company secured a tenant for our unit, we would definitely recommend All County Property Management to anyone looking for a property manager in Miami.”

“This Motel doesn’t really get the credit it deserves. What makes this place a welcoming home away from home, is the exceptional customer service you experience, both at check in and check out. A business is not worthy of anything if it’s customer service is poor. I have been in several other motel 6, including the ones very near by this motel and I have noticed they need a LOT of improvements in terms of their customer service. They actually make you think “WHY am I here, doing business with them”. Aside from the CS, this motel is very well kept, much cleaner and very quiet. Now back to the Customer Service quality. I must say that front desk agents are all well dressed, they are well presented, they are exceptionally polite and very much accommodating. If you are not a morning person, or if you wish to experience the ultimate satisfactory customer service from a front desk agent, you better hope you come across with “Talia”, the early morning agent, who has the exact perfect personality you wish to meet in the morning. She is charming, very polite and above the top helpful. Honestly, I very seldom post a server about customer service because it’s my field of expertise with serving 20 years of my life in this business. I couldn’t help myself but to take time out of my busy schedule, and to make sure everyone in this motel’s management knows what a great front desk agent they have in the presence of Ms. Talia. I thank Talia for her wonderful personality, very warm welcoming smile and for being the perfect customer service any business would wish to present. I can clearly see Talia moving up the rank, sailing towards the brightest future she is aiming to accomplish. I’m giving her 10 stars out of 5. Thank you Talia”

“This Catalina Hardware store lives up to the ACE brand. I come from White Bear Lake, MN and in that town, ACE Hardware was and is the Hub. Catalina ACE Hardware has the same qualities. You walk in the store and a staff member is there waiting to greet or help you. These guys and gals are technical, helpful and know where everything is in the store. When I was looking for a Weber Natural gas grill, I checked all the bigger hardware stores in Oro Valley/Tucson, then called Catalina ACE and spoke to the manager Steve because I wanted to shop locally. His price was competitive and he knew the answers to my questions. A week later he arrived with the grill and cover and expertly installed it in my back patio. This was July 2019. Then recently I struggled with a lamp and shade purchased in Colorado 15 yrs ago. This is not an ordinary lamp, so I bought some parts on my own at this ACE and tried to fix it, but I'm not that good at it so I asked a staff member who told me to bring in the shade, which I did. Such a busy store nearly every time I am there, but I left my lamp/shade, Steve and staff fixed it and called me an hour later to pick it up. We folks living in SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch are very fortunate to have this ACE Catalina Hardware and many people here comment how much they appreciate and "go to" this store. Thanks to the MGR and Staff, keep up the good work!!”
