“The store was packed the day before Halloween and my 10 year old decided her costumes were going to be too hot to wear in South Florida. I had already looked online and saw the juniors Ariel outfit in her size and with a quick call to the store they pulled both sizes that were most likely to fit my daughter and put them behind the counter for us. We got there within 15 minutes of the phone call and everything was waiting for her to try on really quickly and we picked the size and checked out within 10 minutes of walking through the door. We love the outfit and she will use it many more times because the quality was great, as was the service.”

“Incredible customer service! I came by the day before my first day of school (08/14) I was immediatley greeted by a wonderful young employee who instantly asked what I was shopping for. Even after I told her I was only looking, she offered the sale going on and even came back to check on me after browsing for some time adn evetully, quickly finding something that was displyed on the manquin. Employees went the extra mile to help by double checking, and eventually finding EXACTLY what I was looking for. The store was also very clean and comfortable.”

Walter is sincere and kind and is simply wanting to ensure the best customer experience and that everything is handled with integrity and care. Additionally, I worked with Carlos - who put together the financial paperwork. I cannot say enough about Carlos. He made sure to explain everything to me.
