“I'm really impressed with a hurricane preparedness cooking/beating apparatus Angela shared at a lecture I attended. It involves a role of toilet paper, a medium sized can of fruits, and a bottle of 70% alcohol. She cut the can, and took out the fruits, had me cut the toilet paper in half with a razor to take out the spool. Then role the paper tight, and stuff it in a can, leaving a portion up in the middle for a wick. She then poured the alcohol into the can onto the toilet paper and lit it with a lighter. We just made a stove/heater/light source. Really Cool”

“My first time eating at Lime Fresh, and it was remarkable. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I ordered the Big Cali burrito. As advertised, you get a decent amount of chicken, although it was little bland and dry. I'd recommend adding sour cream, cilantro, salsa and a bit more cheese, as well as refried beans. My guest ordered a chicken bowl, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you so much to Stephanie, the restaurant manager, and the rest of the crew for providing an outstanding service despite the grill and food delay. I will absolutely return to this restaurant. Overall, I loved the food, service, and experience, and I am confident that you will as well!”
