“We had an A/C failure late on a Sunday. I went to the internet to find a service company. I called Comfort Zone and got an answering machine. I didn’t leave a message and called other “24” hour service companies, and nobody was home. Shortly after being upset about not finding anyone to service my A/C, Rick called me back. He was delightful and said he had to head back to the office before coming to us. Rick showed up as promised. Naturally, he did not have the part on his truck, and stated he would said he would be back on Monday morning, and that he was. The issue turned out to be a fan motor on the compressor unit. I was expecting to have to replace the A/C system for a couple of years. When Rick arrived and suggested that our A/C unit was over 11 years old, putting $1,000.00 into a repair did not make sense. Rick’s prices were in line with other suppliers, so I went with Rick’s suggestion. The following day Rick showed up with a new unit. A couple of hours later, we had cool air. Rick was the best technician I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He is very attentive, listens, and offers options with explanations that work. I cannot provide enough praise for Rick. I would recommend Comfort Zone for any service if asked. We have a year of service with this new installation and will continue to have Comfort Zone service all of my needs in their expertise.”
