“We have been living here for a year at first I was so skeptical because of all the bad reviews . Yes we had roach problems when we first move in but we had the exterminator come weekly and he does an amazing job and such a nice guy . We no longer see roaches we do still get monthly pest control which I love. when ever anything happens in our apartment they are so fast to come and fix it and do an amazing job and from my experience I have not had any rude person everyone has always been helpful and nice and fix what needs to be fixed . Yeah the garbage can sometimes be a problem but they do have someone who comes and cleans it plus we have seen our neighbors just throw stuff in front of it so it starts with the renters to stop being so dirty and throw the trash where it’s supposed to be and then we won’t have that problem . My husband and I love the text messages reminding us about rent being due we are always on the go and forget what day it is that it’s a good reminder so we don’t pay it late. I am glad we decided to give this place a chance regardless of the bad reviews thank you spectra team .”

“First of all, they offered their service for half the price of what Safelite offered. The front desk lady Ms.Linda was very sweet and easy to talk as well as conversational. When they had to do something extra for my car when replacing the windshield, they showed me and explained everything. Their directions and what they told me were spot. Wish they vacuumed my car after working in it, but no huge complaint there. Awesome, quick, and cheap service. They live up to their name. I definitely highly recommend them from both a customer service and quality of work standpoint”

“Great food at a low price. We liked that there is a parking garage just next door. We ordered online from the website on Google Maps. (Make sure to change the location to "Dania," the default is a Miami location.) We got three lunch meals at $4.99 each (Jan 2021) and the food was tasty, fresh, and had good portions. The french fries were yummy. We paid online, and the pickup was quick and easy.”

“I was in an accident last year and had lower back pain for months. The pain progressively got worse due to my herniated discs. The biggest issue was my L5-S1. The disc pushed out 5mm and was compressing a nerve which led to agonizing pain. I could not sit up for more than 5 minutes, couldn't walk too long, and spent months on bed rest. Not only did she handle the concern I had, after speaking with my child, she made him feel as if she was concerned and allowed him to trust her enough to come if he needed her at anytime. This is what I call having an open door policy. She is remarkable and proved to me that especially during times like these, we need to make sure our village is readily available for our children today. “Had a great dinner at Sunset grill , there was a wait 40 minutes for a table and the host said if there were empty spots at the bar there wouldn't be a wait, so we found 2 seats and ordered a drink, I had a Passion Fruit Sangria, was very tasty!! We had ago tacos and a lobster roll. They were great!! We watched as Lisa Ann ran the bar like a true professional she made the drinks fast and good and took our order with a smile! She checked on us several times. Good service truly does determine a good or a bad experience, I feel Lisa Ann did a fantastic job! We will be back for sure!!”
