I learned more than I thought I would, and a lot of important details, and key differences, that are very important to know when out on the water, and before going out on the water. The was a good introductory course that makes me feel safer and more aware now when I am out on the water. I am looking forward to taking more of the classes the Pompano Power Squadron offers. The setting was casual and easy to learn and ask questions, very interactive and everyone super helpful. I loved that the instructors drew from personal experiences to illustrate specific points in the class, they aren't just teachers but are also active boaters indeed. I came away with a lot of resources as well, an extensive book for future reference. I Highly recommend the ABC Safe Boating course and Pompano Beach Power Squadron!!”

She had a lot of people outside waiting and I knew I was going to be a long visit so we did a quick patch of the issue and made plans for the following day so she could take care of more urgent cases. (I’m in the medical field myself and this decision was made by myself and NOT the nurse) the following morning I came in and we had time for a full evaluation of my issue. She then decided what meds I should take. About three days later she called me to see how I was doing. ❤️ Really? Did this lady actually care about me? The answer is that, YES, she does.
