The matzoh ball soup is wonderful and everyone was thrilled with the chopped chicken liver. The beef brisket along with the roasted chicken both melted in your mouth. The carrot souffle was sweet and delicious as were the cucumber salad and coleslaw. The dessert of berry cake and chocolate macaroons made for an excellent evening's conclusion. Throughout, Adam & Joe Know Lunch included all that was needed for the Seder service from the Seder plate to the matzoh and even the wine. Again, Adam & Joe Know Lunch catering outdid themselves. Thank you for making our Passover Seder a joy to experience.”
