“Dr. Michelov and his staff are the most patient-care oriented practice with whom I have ever had the pleasure of dealing. From the very first call (answered directly by the staff with such obvious care and concern) to the completion of this particular visit (I phrased it that way because I am pretty sure [and hopeful] that there will be more in the future). “Came in for a routine cleaning. I had the pleasure of having Jorge as my Hygienist. Jorge assessed my teeth and asked if I had any changes. I advised Jorge that I had some additional tooth sensitivity due to my gum recession. Jorge took his time with my cleaning and was very gentle in the sensitive areas. He also recommended a fluoride treatment and then I wear my night guard more. I do love coming to Village Dental because everyone is so upfront and honest, the office is always spotless, And everyone is so friendly. It’s always a pleasure visiting Village Dental!”

Booking the appt is no sweat. I had to show up last minute before. I'd call right before at least. It is Better to book earlier but they do accept walking sometimes if u call first. :)”

“If you want fancy this is not the place for you or your loved one. If you want a place that feels more like home, you will find it at Greenwood Place. My mom has been in memory care at Greenwood for almost 6 years. I will not lie. I have thought about moving her multiple times over the years. Under the new management things have improved exponentially. Memory Care no longer seems like the red-headed stepchild at the dinner table. Shylonda is wonderful and loves the residents. She wants them to feel like they are home. I can't say enough good things about the staff she has hired. I only give Greenwood a four star rating because there are still some improvements that can be made aesthetically and in housekeeping. I want to add, I don't go every once in awhile. I go at least 3 to 4 times a week and observe everything.”

Frank also gave me a free start up chemical package and did a complete orientation on water chemistry. I was very happy with the delivery and since frank came out and looked at our set up I was aware that we had to get a crane to get it in our backyard.
