“I have been a member for a year now so i decided to leave a review before my renewal. Overall I am really happy with the service and the vessels. My favorite is the scout. It has everything I need from fishing to cruising. Not to mention it is easy to drive... I only had a problem once what I would like to mention but they took care of the issue and I was able to get out on the water with a different boat. (I think the scout was under maintenance) There are multiple locations. I am a platinum member and I've never had a problem renting on the weekends. I even met with the owner many times and I like to see that they are providing excellent customer service to everyone. I am definitely staying for another year. Highly recommending them! “I am very impressed with their quest for excellence. When they did my sign the logo was not sufficient size to create a quality product and so they did not want to do it and just give me anything. So they suggested that I get a better higher resolution Logo so that my sign would look the way I envisioned it. I did but it still wasn't a sufficient size. So they would not develop the final product until it was correct. Some companies would not have gone through this process. They would just print it and say it was the best they could do with what I gave them I highly recommend this company.”

“Fritz, the manager, was amazing. First, he acknowledged me the moment i walked in. Second, Although his store no longer carried the cheaper battery model for my vehicle, he went the extra mile to see if any stores in the area had the cheaper battery. When he finished installing the battery, I tried to offer him a tip but he refused. I asked if I could compliment the manger and then saw on his name tag, that he was the manager!
