We have hired Pinecrest in the past for a bathroom remodel, but just recently called Steve when our water heater burst. He fit us into his busy schedule the very next day, and not only was the most affordable quote, but personally came out to handle the replacement. To put him even more exceptional than he already was, when a separate pipe near the water heater started dripping, he came back the very next day and replaced that whole piping junction without charging us anything. We called Ruth to see if she could alter it, she was able to set up an appointment for the next day. The dress was too big around my waist and too long with a train. She fixed everything under the time constraints and had it fitting me perfectly after just one visit. Ruth was amazing to work with as well, she was very understanding of our predicament and treated us amazing. I will definitely go back to her with future dresses or any alterations I need.
