“I came to Laurie at a low point in my life. Lack of direction, lack of self confidence, and fear at my core. Like many seeking help, I wasn’t sure where to start, but Laurie’s relaxed method of getting to know me really made me feel comfortable enough to share. Sometimes it takes that comfortable environment for one to bring up thoughts and ideas that we usually are afraid of addressing. One very special day I had a breakthrough with Laurie regarding trauma I had faced from family issues. She helped me help myself through conversation and wisdom. At the end of this session we meditated, which solidified this new milestone in my life. Everybody needs different care when it comes to mental illness. For me, it has all been about relaxing and loving myself more. Through her spiritual practices Laurie has gained so much wisdom on all topics, and shares this wisdom effortlessly during the sessions. I can’t thank Laurie enough for the incredible impact she has had on my life. I can say with 100% certainty I would not be the man I am today without her. For that I am forever grateful.
