“I own a fitness facility, and we had our Christmas party at PARC3400. I toured the facility when I learned that I could hold our party in the Clubhouse, and instantly fell in love with the space. The view from the room we were in looked out to the infinity pool and outdoor area, which again, is absolutely gorgeous! The Clubhouse is spectacular, every detail is modern and clean and just stunning. The clubhouse was decorated for Christmas, and every detail was perfect. The amenities inside the Clubhouse that we had access to made it a perfect space for us. We catered our food in, and had plenty of counter top space, as well as a mini fridge, Ice maker, full sized fridge and sink. We even had access to the coffee station for the end of the night drive home. It was a great space to host our party, and the staff that helped us to set it all up were super friendly, professional & extremely helpful!! I would recommend the space to anyone, and would love the opportunity to hold our parties there again!!!!!”

“Restaurant Depot is the bomb! Great location right off 595 and the turnpike. Great selection at the best prices. Huge selection of usda cheeses and meats. The fresh seafood department is always a hit. Large selection of packaged frozen soups, appetizers and desserts. Everything from spices to soft drinks to canned goods and cleaners. Extensive small ware selection of pots, pans, utensils dishes and knives, small cooking appliances. Not a lot of staff, typical of a warehouse store. Ample parking.”

“Washer and dryer were both out of service at home so in a bind we decided to do several loads of laundry here. It was a very clean, well maintained facility. The washers and dryers are new and affordable. Typically your clothing takes a beating using commercial equipment, but I was pleasantly surprised that all of our clothing and sheets washed and dryed delicately. Will definitely use this facility again for larger items that don’t fit in home machines.”
