“I have lived here over a year now and management has been fantastic especially Kirk. There were some issues with the lighting (kept going out frequently) along the path in the community. I let Kirk know and not only did he take care of it, he got the lighting system replaced to a newer system and now there has not been any issues! It is a very great place to live and it is all about the customer service knowing they will take care of anything you need to be done. Even if you just want some photos hung on the wall they will help out! Amazing place to live and great modern apartments!”

“This was my second time staying here and, for the price, you can't beat this place. It is a no nonsense simple place in a good location. It is right by the beach and has several restaurant/bars within several blocks. About 10 minutes driving time from Funky Buddha brewery. Outdoor pool is the only amenity. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping this place clean. The rooms I stayed in both times were very clean. You can tell it's an "aged" location but that doesn't bother me. If you're looking for an inexpensive place that is nice and clean, you should definitely check this place out.”
