“5.0 star rating 8/8/2018 I hired Ed Huber of Waterfall Pools in May 2018. Ed did a fantastic job building a waterfall for my pool. He explained every stage of the job, started and finished the job on time and did not charge me anything but was agreed on. Ed was diligent & supervised and worked on the job even on the weekends to get it finished. The waterfall passed inspection with the city of Davie with flying colors. What I loved about Ed is he is so passionate about creating beautiful pools and waterfall. He even gave me free advice on how I could improve on my pool that was being renovated by another pool company that I had hired before I met Ed. That other pool company did not meet deadlines and dragged out the job for months. The supervisor of that pool company never came out to my pool and supervised the job ever, worked many pools simultaneously and was not consistent in showing up to finish my pool timely. I did not have a five star experience with that other pool company and they left my pool with an unresolved leak and has made no effort to fix it. I wish that other pool company was as dedicated as Ed Huber to please me as a customer. I would definitely recommend Ed to all my friends and family. My waterfall looks great... Ed landscaped it tropically and lived up to all my expectations!”

“My Dad was here for 4 months. If you communicate with the aids, are available to them when they need you, a part of your loved ones life, and a regular visitor, this place is AMAZING. My Dad was in a nursing home before where he was just a number and the aids were rude. When one is an aid, whether a CNA or an aid, you have to have compassion for your patients ALWAYS. They do here. After the nursing home experience, dealing with the owner Margueritte, the aids and CNA's Charmagne, Elsa, and Angela was an experience from heaven. My father had dimentia stage 6 that rapidly progressed to stage 7, and lung cancer stage 4. The aids were compassionate to my father even though he was rude and mean as a snake (dimentia does that). They were also compassionate to me. I got to know them. They were kind. They called me when they were supposed to. They called me when they needed something for my Dad. I, my mother, my friends, and other would show up unannounced only to find my dad well taken care of and clean. Sometimes my Dad refuse bathes because of his dimentia. The aids would call me to get me to call my dad to coerce him into allowing them to get him clean ("I won't come visit unless you are clean" etc.). They treated me as though I am family. Today my Daddy passed. Hospice was there 24/7 for the last 3 weeks or so, but when I got there to see his body, all the aids came to be with me at 3 AM. I will think of them often and wonder how they are doing. They became my family because of my Daddy. I also got to know all of the other residents there, and they are all well taken care of.
