I feel so blessed that Dr Al-Saghir was called immediately after my cardiologists at first coast cardiology did a CTA and discovered my aneurysm had split my aorta (dissected) and surgery was immediately necessary due to infection. I was immediately hospitalized and prepared for surgery the next morning. Dr AlSaghir and his staff was so kind and understanding to my needs. He is an excellent surgeon and specialized in this type of surgery. He put in a mesh sleeve and is still monitoring it. God bless you Dr AlSaghir and your wonderful staff, especially your P.A.
