We interviewed several contractors for the complete demo and remodel of our master bathroom. Bancroft was by far the best communicator, the most reliable, and the most reasonably priced. Throughout the six week process of picking out materials, ordering them, and install, Gerald (manager) and Jimmy (owner) were fantastic! In fact, they were so hands on, that the owner even did the majority of install himself. But what really stuck out to us, was when they ran into more damage to the subfloor than anticipated, they did not take that as an opportunity to charge us more. Instead, they stuck to the original estimate, despite the extra labor. They also were flexible and happily agreed to a few minor cosmetic changes that I suggested during install. The project was done perfectly, and exactly on time. We will definitely use them again for our next project!
