“Each time I go there everyone is very friendly. There's a young man there that always wishes everyone to have a blessed day. The last time I was there the registers weren't working due to computer issues. The two young ladies were very kind. I walked around until the issue was resolved with hopes of buying coloring books for my grandchildren. But the selection of coloring books wasn't age appropriate. I am a but concerned about the safety of their workers because it's ALWAYS dark at night.”

We hadn’t got one so the one they had was in a box and they weren’t sure if it was missing branches or what not. The worker called the manager and they gave it to us free of charge! Whether it is great customer service (flexible appointments, walk in service) or the free rotations, flat repair or inspection (if you purchased your tire there), it's hard for me to see myself going elsewhere after 10+ years. I had a great experience today where the sales rep (Adam) replaced my trailer tire in under 4 minutes during a slower period of the day. Unfortunately, after looking at the receipt at home, I was charged for a Certificate for Refund/Replacement which was not communicated to me. Not a huge deal since it was $11, but that definitely lost a star for the Google review because I would have opted out if I was aware.”

“These 5 stars are primarily for the store manager Chris. I’ve been dealing with him for over 2 years now from my work truck to my families vehicles. His communication skills are outstanding. The prices on scheduled maintenance or repairs are more then fair. They stay pretty busy there so I would recommend making sure you have an appointment and if you’re able to drop your vehicle off (with or without appointment) that is even better due high volume of vehicle services. The manager, Danette was so awesome with my daughter, getting on her level and showing her different color options on the tablet. The other aspect of why I give 5 stars for Allied is for their billing department. They billing has been correct and on time. One of the other issues when dealing with contractors. Bill D the contracting manager and Bernadette from the billing are Amazing employees who always put the customers first always willing to go beyond the normal to assist us.”
