My KIA Soul (best car ever) had an accident and needed the front passenger side fixed. I was scared the insurance would total the car but the Ladies at Joe's were understanding and communicated often will me on the status. The email and text updates were fantastic to supplement the wonderful staff. My baby is home now and you would never know she's had work done ? Thank you Joe Hudson's!

My insurance company recommended this shop and the customer service was outstanding. From beginning to end, I was updated on the progress of my car every couple of hours. The service I had done was supposed to take estimated 3 days and they completed everything in 2 days . Outstanding customer service and body work.

Someone backed into our new 20202 Subaru 2 months after we got it. JHCC was so easy to work with. Drop off was a cinch. They dealt with the insurance directly. They explained the process well and answered all our questions with patience and kindness. They kept us updated on the progress with text messages and the car was done sooner than anticipated. Most importantly - it looks as good as new!! High quality work! I highly recommend this business.

Repairs were timely, a rental car was waiting for me when I took my car in, and I dropped it off and drove away when my car was finished. It looks better than it has since I bought it new! It was washed and detailed, as well. I am very satisfied with the entire process...I recommend this business and I would definitely go back if I need their services

The service here goes above and beyond expectations. The work was done timely and our truck is looking better than before. Diane is excellent!
