(January 14, 2022, 10:16 am)The service department especially Paul Bautista and Marvin( never caught his last name) have bent over backwards to help me out. I had been diagnosed with Autism ( Aspergers syndrome) and trying to understand paperwork is somewhat difficult for me and they spend the time to explain all the details and work that has been done on my used 2015 Jeep Trailhawk diesel. If you own a Jeep or FCA vehicle and you need work done at a dealership I highly recommend Dodge in Glendale.

Overall, the customer service was excellent, they were prompt and lent me a rental whilst my car was in their shop too. Also wanted to give a shout out to their cashier, she was so friendly! Thank you everyone!
