“Second time coming here to get some tires put on. The price was decent and the service was polite and professional. I was a walk in and they still worked with me to get the job done the same day. One of my lugs snapped while they were working on my truck and they were upfront about what happened, how it happened and what they intended to do to fix it. They ordered the parts the next day and scheduled an appointment to do the repair at my convenience. They were very apologetic and offered to do more than I felt was necessary to make it right. Very pleased with my experience, I definitely recommend this shop and I will certainly come back again.”

The food is what you would expect. Matching any McDonald's. What kind of stuck out about this location though was the service. The staff was surprisingly helpful and attentive. More so than some conventional dine in restaurants. Well thank you, the restaurant was clean and staff was on point.”

“This is by far my most favorite oil change service center in Northeast Ohio. Yes, it's one of the busiest Valvoline's I've gone to, but worth the wait. Excellent customer service from super knowledgeable technicians, I know they'll take care of my car. They always let me know if I'm due for other services and are fast and efficient at getting everything done. Swap out my wiper blades while my oil change is being done, replace lights if they go out! They even found a coupon for me for my oil change and gave me a discount on my transmission flush. Thanks Valvoline!!”
