“Beware of ticks! Otherwise it is a great trail! I went this morning with my pup Koda. We took part of the white trail to the red trail. Some of the red trail wasn't clearly marked, but we found our way with the trail map. Some of the sand was rather loose on portions of the trail, but those areas weren't too large. Just be cautious to check yourself and your pets for ticks when you get home! I found at least 15 ticks on Koda and 2 on myself.”

Last tenants we had she gave them the opportunity to repair a couple things before filing it against their deposit. She is very fair to not only the owners, but also the tenants.
