As a former dancer, I immediately fell in LOVE with this type of exercise for the the musicality and mind-body connection. That being said, this is NOT a workout for the dancer types only - you can do this whether you are young, old, injured, curvy, slight, short, tall, seriously whatevs. Just go in, try your best, and bask in the glory of your post-workout sheen.”

“The Clarke House was amazing this year in spite of the pandemic. The "tractor" train ride was so entertaining. Everything was sanitized after every ride. Singers were good.
