Custom Marine Components

Just got a new 2021 Tidewater and wanted a T-Top so went to Custom Marine and the exactly what I wanted. Friendly staff inside with a adorable little dog that always greeted me and my wife, they let you pick the color of the metal, the color of the actual top, wether you want a electronics box or poles holders or LED light and etc. Anyhow they told me 2 weeks and got it back in 2 weeks like promised and they keep you in the loop the whole time. So before you call other places and maybe get a cheaper quote or whatever go check out Custom Marine, you get what you pay for, my new T-Top looks perfect!! Thx

They could not have been better. They built a custom seat for my skiff, a leaning post etc. the seat was to my specs and folded forward for access to the live well. As they were the farthest from my home they were the last I called...the 3 others, must be real busy as no phone calls were returned. Finally talked to one person and he said call me before coming up, which I did, but he never answered. Did have an appointment a week out in the am to look at what I wanted etc. Showed up, they had no record on my appointment nor any time to spend with me. And these guys do beautiful work, but all craftsman and no business sense..custom marine gave me a quote over the phone(approx) within an hour after contacting them. Took my skiff there a week later, they figured out what I wanted, said it would be 7/10 days...called me 9 days later and all was ready to be picked up. The final price was less than the quote.....they all were wonderful to deal with...and Paige, in the office was even more wonderful...(did I make my point)

Best customer service I've had in a long time! Paige was great at sending some pictures of various covers for my boat so I could choose the style I wanted. Once I chose the style and color of the cover I wanted, I dropped my boat off where I met Troy and Harper who were great at helping me choose a step to install on my trailer. Finally, I met Angie who made a custom cover for my boat and was extremely helpful and patient as we discussed the best way to put the cover on the boat. Another plus, is I was also having my engine serviced across the street as well as having a name put on my boat and everyone at Custom Marine was so helpful in working with others in getting all of the work done so I didn't feel like my boat was being held hostage. I highly recommend Custom Marine!

Custom marine installed my t-top on my 20 foot Boston whaler center console About four months ago. Looks amazing. Very well Constructed. All round, I love it! I’ve been out on rough water as well. Extremely solid. No issues at all. Believe it or not, I’m now getting about 1.5MPG better than before. Seriously! Not sure if it’s the angle they installed it on or white, but I’m definitely VERY happy.
The staff were very professional. Offered lots of help with decisions on accessories, etc. Job was done in a timely manner and everything went as planned.

I give them my highest recommendation.
