  Searching for colostomy bags for a homeless kid who doesn’t communicate well, and I don’t even know how to spell colostomy. Tim and the rest of the Preston Home Medical crew cheerfully walked me through all the steps and are partnering with us on helping our friend. Y’all rock!

  Such an amazing experience while we were in an emergent situation!! Our dog got a hold of my husband’s CPAP mask and we didn’t get home until 530. I spent 20 minutes searching for an open store to buy a replacement and the only one I found was this. They close at 6 and at 550 I called and they agreed to stay open until I got there! My husband could not sleep without the mask due to sleep apnea and it was just a blessing that they were willing to help us in that type of situation!

  You just don't find service like this anymore. All the people in the store are so knowledgeable and they go out of their way to really help. I needed incontinence protective underwear for my elderly mother. I was tired of buying that product they sell in regular drug stores. They fixed me up with products from Abena, they are terrific. Better than anything I have ever gotten her before. We are done with those Depends!!!! They gave me samples and made sure I got the right size for her too. You won't believe how this is like the service you used to get everywhere. I guess not since those chain drug stores put all the good guys out of business. At least this place is still open...thanks Tim and the gang there.

  I needed to purchase a knee brace and Tim stopped to take the time with me. He measured my knee and then took some braces from the wall. He took about 4 of them from the wall and tried them all on to make sure which one better fit. He was very nice and made sure I was okay with it. It was a very pleasant trip and would go there from now on for anything I need. Great customer service!!

  They were beyond helpful and nice to me. They even ordered a product for me to sample.
  My experience there was awesome. Like old school good business and off the chart customer service. !!
