Overture River District offers many educational and fun experiences for its potential residents. I look forward to touring an apartment to confirm that it will be a good fit for me. I’m counting on it being my next home!

I currently live in the River District, and saw signs go up about the Overture 55+ community to be built where there was an empty lot. I was the first to inquire and commit to becoming a resident, and think it was a great decision. I have anxiously watched the progress of the construction, have made great friends with other future residents, and am ready to move-in to the finished product. The staff is absolutely incredible, and they too have become good friends. I highly recommend Overture River District as a place to (very soon) call home.

I could not ask for a better group of individuals to help me in my pursuit of my new home. I was met with open arms and willingness to answer all of my questions and then was followed up with superior customer service to ensure I had the appropriate answers. These ladies went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and to even coordinate meet and greets for my future neighbors. What a comfort and joy to already feel a part of a community and knowing the team is fully committed to my satisfaction is a great feeling.

Nice folks, clean food and coffee spots, great selection of drinks and snacks. They did have firewood for sale, too. Always nice to have some on standby.
