My salesman Carson is really an asset to your company! Outgoing, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about mattresses. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He helped me choose the perfect frame and mattress and pillow for me, and I’m looking forward to getting them next week. He is a 10 out of 10!!

Nick and Mike were both very helpful in finding me the perfect mattress. The store has a lot of options and they staff made the purchase process easy. I highly recommend this mattress firm location on Westport Rd.

My husband and I were looking for mattress sets for our three boys. I had always heard that Memorial Day weekend was the best time to get a great sale. I had been looking around for a week or so at different mattress stores and the sales they were offering. I decided that Mattress FIRM was the place and off we went. When we walked in, the store was very clean, organized, plenty on the showroom floor to decide upon and most importantly there was a greeting when walking in!! This is NOT a store where they meet you at the door and just poor the pressure on you!! This is a very relaxed environment where one has time to think and make the best decision for their purchase. There were two gentlemen and the one we had the privilege of getting was Nick. We explained why we were there and he proceeded to help us. It’s important to point out that he did not take us to the most expensive mattress that he had but rather he asked the necessary questions and pointed out several possibilities. He took his time with us and was multi tasking with other business but still made us feel like our sale was just as important as anyone else’s!! We received his genuine attention and time as well as a very, very good sale!!! He not only served us , he made sure that my three boys were taken very good care off!!! From the time we arrived until the time we left !!!!As a mom, knowing someone wants the best for your children as you do speaks volumes!!!! So with this said Mattress FIRM at 10331 Westport Road Louisville, Ky. is the place to go and Nick or Michael are the gentlemen to see!!! So grateful Nick for the blessing that you are!!

Nick and Mike were both extremely helpful when it came to buying a mattress for our spare bedroom. They helped us find the best deal with the most comfort. We have worked with Nick before and he is very kind and knowledgeable! Mike also is very kind and very personable! Overall great store with two great guys! Thank you both! We will be back!

Carson was able to help us find the mattress we wanted at a price point we could afford. He then set up a pickup at the warehouse, which allowed us to have same day service. Everyone else was saying delivery would be weeks out.
