  Eric is awesome! A great place to get a great workout. All workouts are able to be modified to fit each persons fitness level. Eric is great a teaching proper technique to avoid injury. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

  Peak Fitness Jax is a great gym. You can participate in the classes or have private training. Eric Redding has been training me for over a year and I could not be happier. There are lots of options for training. Eric makes sure we work on not only strength but also conditioning and mobility. You will get the whole package when you train here! He is now training me for my 3rd Powerlifting event.

  I cannot say enough good things about Peak Fitness and owner/trainer, Eric Redding. I trained with Eric even before he opened his own gym and have always been impressed with this professionalism, knowledge, skill, experience, level of commitment to his clients well being and friendliness in general. He is educated and qualified to work with people of all ages, sizes, fitness levels, etc…including those with injuries and/or medical issues. At Peak Fitness, while working in a “class” environment, you still get the benefit of a personal trainer and workouts tailored to your specific needs. Its the best of all worlds as far as gyms go. Members are all super friendly and I’ve always left feeling challenged and strong. You won’t be disappointed!
