Recently, we were purchasing a second work vehicle. Due to Covid-19 and social distancing, the staff at the dealership was limited. This meant the paperwork took just a little bit longer than usual to process. Although I'm sure he would have much rather been spending time with his family, Lance made himself available at 7:30 pm on a Friday night to help our business get insurance on our new vehicle. I was so blown away that he picked up the phone, got me a quote, and bound our policy, all in a matter of minutes, and well after-hours on a Friday night. Thank you, Lance! You didn't have to do that but we greatly appreciated it! Look a good neighbor, Lance is there!!!

I'm glad I let him because now I have better coverage and I'm saving money. I highly recommend Lance and his team even if you are currently insured with another provider.

He also made us aware of the discounts we can get for our new 17 yr old driver. Who knew good grades help reduce her/our car insurance rate!!
