  I went to get my car serviced this morning at the express lane as a drive up. I've always liked it because they have a little cafe that I can grab a bite as my car gets serviced. I generally grab breakfast there on Saturday morning when I take my car in. The cafe food is good and they have friendly customer service.
  
  It seemed like it was taking a little bit longer than normal (they're normally really fast), so I spoke with the service manager. I informed him that I came early on a Saturday morning because I work a lot and volunteer in my community so I don't have much free time. I informed him that I had a soccer game for my kids at 10:00 this morning and was afraid I was going to miss it. The service manager informed me that there were appointments that were ahead of me, that's why it was taking longer. I was not aware that the express lane did appointments (they didn't used to do appointments in the Express Lane, that I knew), so he told me how I could just call ahead and set one up. Since I had been there a while he pushed my car through and got it done in about 10 to 15 minutes. This enabled me to get across town and make my kids soccer game on time.
  
  The service manager was very friendly, understanding and professional. I will definitely continue to take my business to Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Baymeadows.

  Absolutely amazing dealership to work with, from the owner to the salesperson (Aliyah) this was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. They were able to find the exact trim I was looking for at an extremely fair price. I highly recommend asking for Aliyah when you stop in, she was absolutely phenomenal to work with.

  CJDR is a very well run service department. Associates are there to greet you and take your vehicle. The Service Advisor is well trained and knows the required maintenance items for your vehicle. They do not recommend more than you need based on usage and mileage. The vehicle is completed on time and you get regular updates from the advisor when necessary.

  I recently purchased a Dodge pickup from this dealership and had a great experience. I was shopping online for a vehicle when I found their site. The salesman Derek was very helpful and answered all my questions. Allison in their finance department was also very helpful. I live in Texas and Derek got me in touch with a local shipping company and got it sent to my residence at a minimum cost.
