  There was a two week delay in having my car serviced due to back log in appointments. However, I dropped my car off the evening before my scheduled appointment and checking in was a breeze.   Land Rover of Jacksonville could be the best auto store we have patronized – and we have purchased 36 vehicles including this gorgeous Range Rover Velar we are now driving.
  
  We had very good experiences with them servicing our Range Rover Sport on several occasions. Accordingly, when we decided to trade in the Sport, of course we were going to give them the chance to show us if their excellent business practices extended to the Sales Department.
  
  It may have been the dealership, or it may have been John O’Brian, the Sales and Leasing Consultant that worked incredibly hard non-stop to find us the right vehicle, but the entire sales experience was the best we have had in recent memory. We would also like to acknowledge an excellent job by Bill Bingham in Sales and Finance in closing out the paperwork.
  
  Accordingly, we Highly Recommend you ask for John O’Brian at Jaguar Land Rover Jacksonville for either a Land Rover vehicle or a Jaguar (we were able to test drive multiple models of both brands) and he will find you the vehicle you want too.

  Although we're enduring a pandemic, my recent experience at Land Rover Jacksonville was exceptional. Social distancing and masks are strongly encouraged, and employees are professional and pleasant. In addition, the service representative Nicole (can't remember her last name), was amazing. She was knowledgeable and explained the service performed on my vehicle in detail. Thank you!
