  My experience today was very good! Hannah and Andrew were absolute standouts! Hannah when above and beyond to provide superior customer service; Andrew was a pleasure. He met me at the collision center and was personable, kind, and efficient. I had to take time to write this review because the service I received was that good!
  
  1 star off because the wait time to speak with someone was quite long, roughly 10+ minutes.
  
  This was definitely a reminder why I consistently choose enterprise for my car rental needs.

  My experience at first started out quite well at first. It was at the end of the rental that I was confronted with circumstances that I was not aware of at the beginning of the rental that was not fully explained to me. I was to have received calls in relations to events that I did not received. The customer care service representative that reached out to me at the end of my contract informed me of the situation. Her name was Hannah. She was very friendly, respectful, and professional . She listened to my side of situation and took responsibility for the mishap and pledged to make things right. This is a superb performance of customer service. I am very happy to have worked with Hannah to resolve the situation. Enterprise need more employees like her.

  Benny and the Team always go above and beyond to accommodate me whenever I'm in need of a rental. I highly recommend that you rent from this location. Great Staff, Great Service and a Wonderful selection of vehicles to choose from!

  Lovely church, nice place to worship. Our doors are open come worhip with us. I have been worshiping here all my life even when I was away from Jacksonville. Wonderful, teaching and preaching....see you soon.
