Carolyn M was saleslady and she was phenomenal! I was looking for rings because I don't always like to wear my wedding rings during the Florida heat. I wanted something lightweight and something I can alternate between different colors depending on the other jewelry I wear. She showed me SO MANY OPTIONS! Even the rings that were behind the counter for 30% off! I bought 4 rings and because I purchases so many, got another percentage off! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had the absolute best experience with the worker Malisa. I came in to get my bracelets cleaned and she made sure to get that taken care of. I also started browsing for new charms and she showed me some of the new ones. i ended up buying 3 charms i completely love thanks to her! her customer service was also amazing. i cant wait to go back and buy some more charms

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a gift shop especially in an airport. Noticed their large selection of sunglasses and decided to try a few. Krystal was extremely knowledgeable of every brand including the frames, the lenses and the styles that fit my face best. She studies each new style of all their brands (I bought Ray Bans) and I consider her an expert! She was friendly, patient and thorough not only with the sunglasses but everything in the store. Insight is a great place for a last minute gift, a souvenir or something for yourself. Great locally owned store and Krystal can help you find whatever you are looking for.
