JOI had many outlets to choose from for my rehab which made it very easy to meet / keep appointments without having to drive a long ways to get there. The people here are very friendly, and professional and treat each person uniquely according to their needs and the services are very personalized and don't leave you feeling like you are in a mass production environment where they are just trying to push people through for the money and numbers. There were a few occasions where I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute and reschedule and they were very friendly and worked with me all the way to help me get my therapy in on my schedule with no hassles.
