Clean and quiet lounge at JAX Int Airport on a Sat 0630.
Mini bar, self service. Small choice of breakfast menu, omelettes, yogurt parfait, and fruits bowl that you can order via QR Code with your own phone.

The only cons is the coffee machine. Was here Nov2022 and today (Jan2023) machine out of service both time.
They have premade coffee in a thermal container..

The lounge is conveniently located in the middle of the airport, directly across TSA (it's next to Auntie Anne's).

It's a great place to relax, eat and drink before a flight. Food is ordered through a QR code and then delivered to your table.

Our food was ready in less than 15 minutes, which is important if your flight departs shortly.

There is even a sleeping area to relax or take a nap before flying.

The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Shout out to Cole for being so welcoming.

They opened a little later than what was posted but it was worth the wait. Polite staff, good food and a quite place to spend your down time in-between flights. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself.

Your American Express platinum card holder I'd strongly recommend visiting the club jacks when you're traveling. It's a great space available to all of those who need a little reprieve before their next flight. You have access to unlimited drinks and snacks as well as meals. The front staff are excellent. I would recommend that you get here and find a seat quick cuz it can fill up doing busy hours.
