Just received a call from their gunsmith and honesty I am impressed with their attention to detail and safety enough that am changing my review. The requested service could not safely be performed but she gave me some options and explained why.

Called in today and spoke to a very helpful woman whom after explaining my predicament assured me it would be ready this week. Again I cannot stress enough my only issue was the not being up front on the wait time.

Currently on week 4 of a job I was told would take 2.5 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming they were busy but seems like over promising is the norm. Once I get the rifle back I’ll update to comment on the quality.

Brought my rifle in to have a stripped torx head removed from my sight rail. Got a call 35 minutes later saying it was done after initially saying it would be a few days. Far beyond my expectations and they were very friendly and reasonably priced!
