I own a small business and have taken lots of basic items (shirts and accessories) to them to have my logo embroidered, which makes them look more high-end. Steve did a perfect job at digitizing my logo and now everything matches my brand. I get lots of compliments every time I wear one of my shirts or carry my bag.
