I don’t normally take the time to leave a review, especially when it is a good one, but I have to praise Desiree! She is the absolute best and I could not be happier. She not only goes above and beyond but she treats me like family. I’ve used several different storage spaces over the years but none compare because Desiree makes it worth it. I can not recommend her or thank her enough.

Desiree’ (Manager) and her team have been nothing but a pleasure to work with since I’ve leased here. She is extremely pleasant and always ready to assist. I’ve leased at several places over the years and hands down, this is by far the best! Very clean and safe. You will not be disappointed. I sincerely hope Desiree’s supervisor knows what a gem she is!

Easy to set up, they keep the grounds super clean, almost always a flat dolly in my building for ease of moving stuff in and out. Everyone in the office there is super friendly, professional. The only complaint I have is one day they closed my building down with no access for painting I wasn't informed and went by to pick something out of my storage and couldn't access. That's only happened once. I get an email once my payment is posted. Super easy to work with these folks.

Since Covid, I’ve noticed customer service is non existent. It’s hard to just have to deal with lazy employees, or rude help if you call it help. BUT Desiree is all about helping you, not only did she get me into the right unit, she made sure I knew how to get in and out and told me some good places in the neighborhood too!. All of this with a smile, she is a hard worker, and a genuine person. If you need a good storage place come here, you will have great customer service to make it an excellent experience! Thank you so much Desiree you make my day every time I see you!

I have used this location for storage for over 10 years. I have nothing but great things to say. The customer service I have received has been stellar! I always get super assistance and wonderful service. I would highly recommend these guys for storage needs. They are willing to help and very pleasant to talk to. Wonderful ace to do business with. Thank you guys!!
