The facility is awesome and easy to access through the app and keypad and has great units for storage. The only complaint I have is that they close at 10pm every day and are not 24hrs. I wish I could say it was a happy ending, but Dr. Martinez helped me give my sweet girl the ending she deserved. Most importantly, they gave me the answers I needed to make peace with my decision. Dr. Voisine went above and beyond for my cat and for me. The vets at other veterinary hospitals just dismissed her and some even refused to evaluate or treat her, but Dr. Voisine sought the opinion of her colleagues at academic centers so that we knew there was absolutely nothing else to be done. Every single veterinarian took time to communicate with me when I called for updates, and the techs and rest of the staff were professional and compassionate. I felt like they cared about my cat as much as I did, and I couldn’t have asked for better care.”
